Forgot to say…

19 Jul

I was so dilemmad by my latest dilemma, I forgot to tell you what actually happened with Rosie’s headstone.

So, we had decided we wouldn’t be there. I let Will and Lottie the stonemasons know that they could do it whenever they liked, although last Friday, being the 12th, would be symbolic because it was 22months.

I went off to work and Chris decided to drop down to the grave yard at lunch time. To discover them just finishing off. Which meant we ended up with the best of all worlds – we were able to let them know how good it was and be the first to see it. See, things always work out.

College boy Cal comes home tomorrow. He’s finished his first year. How’s that happened? Can’t wait to see him. He’s at his graduation ball tonight. Which seems to involve a large buffet.

You’re right Jo, even tough things work out somehow. But that was perfect, and such a brilliant result.
Well done to Cal on his very successful first year. My lovely granddaughter Izzy had her graduation from Meithrin (Welsh nursery) this morning (although she will probably have another year there!). So cute. That involved a large buffet too and she ate a lot of it..xx
