Silenced

18 May

I have no voice.

I am silenced.

I feel very small because of this.

I wonder if it will return tomorrow. Or will I have to communicate via text and mime and tweet.

Met a baby called Rosie this morning. Babies these days have things that look like small y fronts on their feet which stop their socks falling off. Cute.

Oh dear, poor you. Spring lurgy, hope it doesn’t last too long.
A bit of catching up from earlier posts – could you save a pretty rhino for my adorable granddaughter please?
I quite like Torquay. Roger’s parents moved there when they retired. I’d describe it as a fairly typical non tacky seaside town, quite sedate. Are you planning a Devon holiday?
I wish I had invented Sockons (that’s what they’re called!). They are literally a scrap of stretchy fabric with a couple of overlocked seams, which come on a piece of card and cost £3-4! But such a clever idea and they do work.
    Feel better soon. x

Hi Jo, hope your voice is coming back now! Haven’t seen your new baby socks…in fact will have to adapt to a new life style, as we don’t wear watches, often get water from wells, cook from scratch and have no idea of i-pods or new technologies. The hillybillies will roll into suburbia on Thursday, and computer being withdrawn therefore for a while.
Will post when back on line!
    mags.
