Dull, dull, dull, dully, dull, dullest

5 May

It’s the weather. It makes you feel – or makes me feel anyway – dull and muddly and can’t be bothered and bleurrrrr. And achey like some rhuematicy walrus. And hayfever is about to start. Which is why the blog has been so silent this week.

And despite the weekend being good, with a trip to Sylv’s favourite Chinese restaurant in Southampton with the family to conclude the April celebrations of her birth,  various of us have been pale and headachey and generally out of sorts. So I’m not running a TKOE stall today as I was supposed to be.

I might learn some magic tricks today instead. Later.

Jo xx

We’ve been pale and headachy too, and Paul’s had tummy ache, not that you wanted to know that. And I definitely feel like a rheumaticy walrus, my knees hurt.
It’s quite sunny here at the moment so feels better than all that damp.
I am making some Pan Rustico like the Hairy Bikers did, it’s nearly ready to go in the oven.
    Hope you feel better soon.

I always think of you guys and Rosie when I see this film and it’s IPMOSSIBLE to feel ‘dull’ whilst watching it! So, I suggest an “Up” session!!!

    Just a little taster …..

    Love to you all,
    Deb and gang xxx

Hi, sorry you’re feeling off colour! It’s not very nice weather here either, although it hasn’t rained too hard today. Got a bike ride in this morning and made 92 cup cakes for the garden and craft fete tomorrow – and then packed up all the baking stuff. No more baking till we return to uk, for which we hope to soon have a date. We are getting frustrated as there’s not a lot to do, except wait…

I think we were all so happy about the lovely weather in March that the awful weather since has been even more of a let-down. Being a bit poorly on top doesn’t help either. So let’s hope next week is a bit better for you, with or without newly acquired skills of prestidigitation….x
