Helllooo. We’ve had bugs and busy evenings with Team Kilburn this week.  Getting better now though. We’ve been sent some TKOE domino bunting made specially for us. Ridiculously pleased with it.

Today was a big day for Cal. He had an assessment at Foxes Academy in Minehead, to see if he and they think they’d form a good relationship for next September. This meant Sylvie had to let the chickens out in the dark. She didn’t approve and made sure we knew all about it for most of the way down the M5.

Anyway, Cal seemed to have a good time, and came home with tales of putting on chef’s uniforms; eating ginger cake and bearing little sponge cakes which he’d made. Or at least, he came home with the closest equivalent to tales that Cal can tell.

He finds out early next week what Foxes think.

Thanks for the orders for the jams, chutneys etc. Yes, Michelle, let us know what you want and we’ll keep it here until you’re in the area next. TKOE will be at the Ledbury Christmas Fair on Saturday, so you can buy stuff direct from there.

If it’s not still pouring with rain and mighty windy, we’re going to decorate Rosie’s grave on Sunday. Unbelievably, it’s three months on Monday (my stomach churned a bit as I wrote that), so we thought that would be nice to do. And we’ve had two beautiful things sent to us to put on there. Look – that’s Cal’s hand

Well done Cal fingers crossed you get some positive news. Sylvie i don’t think i would like to let the chickens out in the dark………..!

The star looks lovely, i really must get a wiggle on and get a tree ! Thank you all again for all your support for Hope.

I Watched the openning of the Teenage Cancer Unit on TV last night and i kept wondering when are they going to mention Rosie and the Knock on Effect :)x

Love the decoration, very pretty! Hope Foxes say yes as it sounds as if Cal will be able to send back a steady supply of cake!

Sorry to hear about the bugs, but very pleased that all went well at Foxes Academy today.
Fingers crossed for better weather at the weekend for the Christmas Fair and for decorating Rosie’s grave. Hope both events go well.
I love the idea of domino bunting – how clever! x

It’s a bit early for me, so when i read Alex’s comment I completely misinterpreted the meaning. I has visions of foxes considering running away with Rosie’s stars, then having a conflab and deciding to let them stay. Respect for Rosie won out against a bit of fun and frolicking!
I bet Cal’s cakes impressed, and fingers crossed for next week. Did he enjoy his time there?

Hi Team Kilburn, Am so glad that we missed the wind whilst on the boat, and just straddled the windy days!!!
Hope you get positive news for Calum, sounds as if he’d enjoy it there….might put on weight, though.
I like the star, decorating Rosie’s grave for christmas is a nice idea! Didn’t have time to come and see it I’m afraid, as we were only back on a 72 hour trip. Will come and visit you all when over for longer….
    love mags.

    Hi darlings

Sounds wonderful decorating Rosie’s grave, the star is lovely, lit t-lights look nice as well – I am sure Amy had a drink to her when she was in Paris earlier this week – we will both drink to her on the beach in Marmaris when Amy is here next week.

Good luck to you all re Calum – exciting!

Big love to you all (and keep on blogging – it is great to hear all that is going on) – Georgina xxxx
