Healing hands.

21 May

My dad has been a hero today. Firstly a fledgling fell out of its nest and mum became very attached (‘it’s called Tony.’) so dad found it’s nest and put it back. There was no evidence to suggest it was the right nest, but at least it’s away from the cats now.
Then he fixed my neck/shoulder just by pressing on it. I’ve had pain today 😦 I hope it’s not like it was before when I had months of pain until I was given a gallon of morphine. But yeah, anyway, I just need dad to press on it every hour and it’s alrightyroo!

So! I’m going for it with my shop! I’m going to set the ball rolling on Monday and talk to some solicitors – wow! I’m going to quit work because I’m not even allowed to either of them (I didn’t go to Tesco today partly because of pain and partly because I knew I would just be so annoyed if I got ill before holiday) and if I’m starting with this shop now then I’ll need to anyway! There’s another auction on Wednesday so I’ll go to that with buying in mind. Not going to blow all my money on that though don’t worry..I know I need to think about the sensible stuff too. Do you think Retrosie should be the name of me? I can’t think of any others.

My Tae Bo dvd still hasn’t arrived 😦

Hi, Retrosie sounds good to me!! Or maybe RetRosie as it highlights your name and gives added height to word when written.
Off to a car boot this morning, am late up as have been soooo tired after all the exercise last week. Two bike rides, plus a walk, is a lot to fit into our already busy days!
Where are you going in France?
      love mags.

Go girl!! Have been thinking about the name – if you go for it, how about ReTrosie to emphasise the teashop theme? I’m thinking signage and logos here, doing something clever with the letters e.g the T as a cake stand and maybe o as a cupcake?
And well done to your dad too – priceless skills. x

Firstly, Tony is the best name for a bird that I have ever heard. I had a fish called Alan which I thought suited it for some reason. It was the right nest you know I just have this feeling.

Your Dad is a pain specialist and he is under your roof, how luckys that?!

    xx
