A whopping

20 Feb

1 and a half stone – so you got it Trudy, but oh my god isn’t that a lot?! I’m all swollen and look ridiculous! Does anyone know how long it will take to come off? Anyone with any experience in that area?

I think tomorrow I will try and do the big update post for you to fill you in on what actually happened this last week..but it’s Toby’s birthday so it might not be till the evening :).

Don’t worry. Water comes off a lot faster than that. It may come off half a stone at a time! Love, Jill

Have just spoken to friend of mine who use to be a nurse and she reckons you should lose it over a few days…just keep peeing! 🙂
and if Becks’ message appears twice, does that mean you get two lots of Krispie Kremes?

My only experience of major water retention was when pregnant – and I did literally deflate visibly day by day afterwards over about a week to 10 days. Almost as though your body hangs on to the fluid while it needs it and then lets go. Nature’s way and all that. Enjoy Toby’s birthday. x
