The chocolate animal fairy came.

12 Feb

Don’t worry – I have now fulfilled my chocolate animal craving 🙂

I am also feeling better because the NHS worked wonders yesterday. Email specialist nurse in Birmingham at 3; phone call at 4; consultant advice at 5; GP receptionist at 5.15; GP prescription at 5.30; pharmacist at 5.45; undisturbed night’s sleep. Pretty much 100% perfection right there.

I’m on these new drugs called Diclofenac and they don’t appear to have given me any side effects. The only problem is that my neck feels a little bit stiff – but it definitely doesn’t hurt.

I should be alright to go to work tomorrow and Mum and me tidyed my room so that’s lovely. The only issue is that Calum has a trampolining competition tomorrow and Mum and Dad were going to take him and leave me to fend for myself but because I’m sick Dad is going to take him on his own – which I feel bad about :/.

Hi, am sooooo pleased that this is now sorted. I am sure your Mum doesn’t mind staying at home as you’ve been poorly so don’t feel too guilty if that is what she has decided.
Hope Calum does well and can come home to tell you all about it….how about your dad filming it, then you can all watch him later!!???
    love mags.

    So glad pain sorted 🙂

I think it’s nice to let the boys go off together and have yourself a girly day. My husband, dad, 2 brothers-in-law and friends are in Dublin watching rugby so tomorrow I’m out to lunch with Mum, daughter, sister and niece 🙂

well good for you but im in Sweden with not a chocolate animal in sight.

I was about to question the very existence of chocolate animal fairies, but see that in your previous post they actually contacted you. Amazing.

I need them too. What have I done wrong?

Yeah let the boys be boys and have fun with yer mum, who knows secretly she might even hate trampolining and see this as a blessing in disguise!!

    Have a lovely day

    xx

Just to let everyone know, Rosie is very poorly in Gloucester Hospital. She has some internal bleeding in her stomach so is very anaemic. She may need surgery, but at the moment the plan is to keep her topped up with blood, fluids and pain relief and give her body a chance to heal. So, no blogging for a bit although she says don’t worry, she already knows what the title of her next blog will be. Will update again if she’s still to weak to blog in the next few days. Jo

I am so very sorry to hear your news this evening and wish Rosie all the best for a speedy return home.

    Ali xx
